The Psychic Knight Update. Also, what is gijinka? · 8:47pm Apr 21st, 2017

Greetings Gotham, Joker here! Well, so far The Psychic Knight is doing rather well for itself. Well enough that I'm considering putting it on fanfiction.net-

All right, all right, I admit, my more recent uploads to fanfiction.net have been... less than stellar. Especially considering The Devil Flash got no less than four hateful reviews today alone, which of course will be destroyed as per my new policy (thank you, Guest Review Moderation)... along with The Devil Flash story itself. Yeah, it's a shame, believe me. I had such big plans for it too. Oh, well, live and learn... although, there is that one site... nobody knows me there, so perhaps I can take some of my scrapped projects there...

Now, I know you're asking, what's to stop The Psychic Knight from going the same way? Simple: I've finally pulled myself together. Learned to simply shrug off the hate and hurtful reviews. Besides, with the power of Guest Review Moderation, I can delete reviews from haters not man enough to set up an account, or even alter them to say something a bit more nice. Trust me, these days, the latter option seems more and more appealing. But, I'm above such things.

Anyways, the next chapter of The Psychic Knight will basically be set around Mewtwo getting to know the Mane 6 a bit better, meeting the Princesses (they came to pick up Discord), as well as demonstrating his psychic powers a bit, and maybe attending the party Pinkie Pie throws him. As well as a possible glimpse of my first Pokemon villain.

Now then, moving on to the second topic of this blog. I've seen more than one comment on The Psychic Knight that doesn't seem to know what gijinka is. So, I'll do my best to explain it. What gijinka is, in its simplest form, is a humanized version of a decidedly non-human creature. However, this particular version of said humanized non-human creature retains certain aspects from their original form. Take a pony for example:

As you can see here, Twilight and Rainbow Dash, while they are in fact mostly human, retain the ears, tail, and horn/wings of their equine counterparts. For most other creature, such as Pokemon, it mostly works in the same way.

That's all for now. Stay perky.
