You're gone... You were the one who helped me with my Writer's Block... I never got to know all about you... I met you in the TWG Discord chat. You're really kind... we all had fun. You taught me how to get motivation in writing. You let me do a practice prompt story to lower my problem with writing. After I posted it in the chat, you gave me advice... you pointed my mistakes and told me how to fix them. *Sob* I quote:
S O A R I N G - 04/10/2017 1. "The attacker, no, the murderer slowly turned around to face me."
Good use of hesitation within narration. More immersive.
2. Setting. Although there was no real definitive setting (are we in a house of some sort or on the streets?), the narration helped create one with the use of people nearing the scene after the main character screams. Just be more definitive, and it will tie the knot on this one.
[Improvements]
1. Comma splicing.
"I raised my head, seeing him run away."
You could make this more tense and emotional by just removing the comma and adding a sort of desperation with the words "only to see"
[reads as]
"I raised my head only to see him run away."
Then you could vary it with word choice.
"I raised my head only to catch a glimpse of him scurrying away into the night."
S O A R I N G - 04/10/2017 The best way to improve it? Read it out loud. ;)
You're one of the greatest person I've ever met in this site. Thank you for your service here. I hope God guides you in every move you make.
4512444 He's still around, if you don't have any other connections to him. Life hasn't been kind to Brenden, and so he's decided to step away from fanfiction for the moment. I can't say for myself how long, but I hope just as well that his situation is getting better.
He really helped me get into writing, and though it took a couple years to get the motivation flowing, it's been a blast so far. It's been two years since I've started writing fanfics for real, and it too, started with a practice prompt, TTGG.
You probably haven't known Brenden for very long, but know things have not been easy for him. Flint, one of his friends, left ages ago, and Soaring left this year. I blame it on the drama he always got involved in; I always loved to watch drama go down on Fimfic, but I'm an observer, not a tickler, ya know? I can't blame Brenden for the personal details of his life that threw him down the stairs, but some part of me wishes that he hadn't thrown writing or socializing on Fimfic aside. I don't think he has, but it sure feels like that. He was really good at listening to another's perspective, I just wish he had done the same here.
Cheers, PM any questions about writing (I'll be glad to talk!) or if you wanna talk about anything in general.
Aww I don't hate you
It never ceases to amaze me just how many people on this site can't read English properly.
And that includes those that I believe understand English, or at least, some part of it.
That's odd. You are doing your job after all.
You're not hated.

Is there any way I can contact him? He helped me out of a predicament and I want to apologize for what happened.
Man really got some flak and decided to quit. Shame he deleted all the stories too since some of them were good.
