Passover (And the reason my updates have been so slow.) · 4:11pm Apr 11th, 2017
Hey guys. Let me start off by saying I don't use this site to preach. This is the very first time on this site that I am posting about personal beliefs. This blog is directed more towards those following me who may themselves be christians. Passover is beginning. Now, I wish we would pay more attention to this feast day than Easter.
First off, Easter is the english translation of Ishtar, which was a babylonian fertility goddess. I'm not going to get into the pagan origins of Easter though, just look it up for yourselves.
But Passover has so much significance when it comes to Jesus' death.
The last supper for instance, is a Passover meal. (Matthew 26:17)
Christ is our Passover lamb, and Paul even tells us (contrary to popular belief that Paul taught against the law of God, which includes the feast days) to celebrate Passover, and the days of unleavened bread in 1 corinthians 5:7-8.
At the same time that they were sacrificing the lambs for the Passover, Jesus was himself being sacrificed for us.

Now, since I'm writing this, I've been having some problems with my eyes for a while, (since before I started updating confession) I had planned to already have another chapter up for Silent Night, but some really buggy stuff has been happening with my eyes whenever I use the computer. (I literally typed both the updates for Confession, and this blog, with a shirt over my computer screen. So if I'm making increased errors, you know why...)
So ya... I've really cut back how much i'm on here, and I'm writing everything by hand, before writing it to this site, so I'm not staring at a screen as I think of what to write.
Hopefully my eyes will go back to normal soon. (until then, you're just going to have to bear with me...I'd like to keep my vision. No vision = no updates ever again!)
So ya...That's why I'm updating at a snail's pace...
Fine reason, man. Keep those eyes healthy. I would recommend carrots. They help. Or so I've heard. Anyway, any update is a good one in my book.
