Seriously, they let the bully off because he was under 10!?!. He could have killed poor Jak, and he gets off scot-free.

Funk that!

Ashley Brass Appleby I'd like to know what the parents of the bully child have had to say for themselves because if my child did anything like this to another he'd have to be held accountable and made to understand this behaviour is not acceptable! If the school or police won't take action surely the offending child's parents should discipline accordingly ? !!
