Grogar's Crypt Part 4 in the works, and plans to rewrite Where Spike Came From · 2:05am Apr 8th, 2017
I have been working on improving my writing style since I got back to fimfiction from my impromptu hiatus. Rise of the Empress Midnight Sparkle has been a great place to stretch these new muscles out and speak out the stories I want to tell in a clearer, more defined way. However as these new refinements come to my style it makes me want to improve upon my older works as well, specifically my older pet project by the name of Where Spike Came From. I am very happy with how that story turned out as a concept, and many people enjoyed it for what it was. However I believe I could redo that story and make significant improvements on the narrative and grammatical side of things.
For fans of Where Spike Came from as well as people who haven't given it a look, I'll be happy to present you with an even better and more refined version of it soon enough.
Grogar's Crypt part 4 is also in the works! Twilight definitely has her work cut out for her in this perilous situation she finds herself in. I know I wouldn't want to be in that filly's shoes right now that is for sure.
I personally haven't read Where Spike Came From but if you give the rewrite a shot I will give it a shot too.
4488274 Hope you'll enjoy it! One thing I was particularly proud of with the original version was I had predicted the title of Dragon Lord before it had become canon in the show. I was tempted to preserve that as it was, but I think revising the story is still called for none the less.
