These are some of the griffon OCs I have made.

Captain Spark
A falcon griffon. He is the captain of a ship who dabbles in pirating.
Glenn
A blue jay griffon who works as an independent miner.
Glyph
A raven griffon who is a powerful spell caster.
Fuchsia
A flamingo griffon who is a musician and dancer.
Lyra Alluse
A peafowl griffon. She was once a powerful enchantress who worked for the royal court many centuries ago.
Queen Talitha
A parrot griffon. She was once a queen of the griffon kingdom. But after an attempted murder by her sister, she left the royal palace and became a wandering bard.
I made one named Geno but I don't have a pic of him.

I am officially obsessed with both Glenn and Lyra's design and I want to draw them, but I don't have the time

Glen and Glyph are the ones that seems the most biologically, and narrative possible. The rest's colors seem a bit strange. Your personal OC Lyra Alluse, seems like she constantly modified herself somehow.
The problem with the others has to do with color rather than external design.
Captain Sparks spots and feline eyes seems like a bit much for me, take those away and ad a ragged sailor jacket and he is good to go.
Fuschsia and Queen Talitha I'm sorry to say that they need to go.
Griffons from my point of view would be part Predatory Bird. The Queen just throws away the whole griffon biology out the window.
Fuschia would have to be taller. but the feathers need to be less Neon Pink and more Salmon. So it feels less bright and more organic. On the other note though a flamingo Griffon just seems odd to me. Sorry.

Then I redrew the bases with the specific things I wanted to add to my characters to make them closer to how I imagined them to look like.

4481274 I like to create different types of griffons from different types of birds. Using the same kind of bird seems kind of boring. So I like to change it up by using different bird designs.
