Mariusioannesp Speculates Wildly: Season 7 Episodes 3 and 4 · 4:54am Mar 22nd, 2017
It seems there ain’t no rest for the seers.
Greetings again, my Brony brethren!
I have returned once again to discuss news concerning Season 7 as once again it seems another of my predictions has been proven true.
The other day, the friendly friends at Equestria Daily revealed titles and synopses for Episodes 3 and 4 of Season 7 of MLP. These episodes are titled respectively "A Flurry of Emotions" and "Rock Solid Friendships”.
If the episode has “Rock” in the title and you know my predictions, then I think you can guess which of my predictions came true. But first, let us discuss Episode 3 “A Flurry of Emotions”.
A Flurry of Emotions premieres Saturday, April 22 at 11:30a/10:30c
Synopsis:
After planning a jam-packed day, Twilight Sparkle also agrees to babysit her niece, Flurry Heart. But with Flurry Heart along for the ride, Twilight Sparkle struggles to maintain her title as "The Best Aunt Ever" while keeping Flurry Heart out of trouble!
This seems like it’s going to be Twilight Sparkle’s version of “Baby Cakes”. However, it seems that along with having to babysit, Twilight has overextended herself in some other matters as well. Still, I think the comparison will most likely be an apt one. Some of you may recall that I did take issue with the moment in “Baby Cakes” when Twilight is uncharacteristically condescending towards Pinkie Pie. I think it would be interesting if there’s a moment in this episode where Twilight takes umbrage at Pinkie is uncharacteristically condescending towards Twilight. You know, just to get back at her. It would be even better if in the midst of her umbrage, Twilight flashes back to that moment in “Baby Cakes” and realizes the wrong of what she did back then. That’s probably not going to happen, but a man can dream.
Speaking of Pinkie, that leads us to Episode 4 “Rock Solid Friendship”.
Rock Solid Friendship premieres Saturday, April 29 at 11:30a/10:30c
When Pinkie Pie learns that Maud might move to Ponyville, she does everything she can to make sure her sister sees that it has more to offer than just rocks.
That’s right! It’s already confirmed that Maud Pie will be back this season! What the episode is about doesn’t really matter. It’s Maud and Pinkie. That’s a recipe for a good episode. Most importantly though, this means another one of my predictions have come true! That makes is a grand total of six of my initial thirteen predictions for this season that have come true. That’s practically half and the season hasn’t even started yet. I’m on a roll, and I can’t be stopped!
Coincidentally, this episode will air the day before my sister’s birthday.
Hopefully, there won’t be any further prediction-proving news for Season 7 between now and the season premiere. I’d really like a break from blogging until then. I’ll see you guys again when the season premieres.
God bless you all. God bless America. And God bless Equestria.
You seem to be on a roll with these predictions. Both episodes sound interesting. Given the past few seasons' trend of continuity references, there is a chance that we may get a Baby Cakes throwback. And Maud is always a welcome addition to any episode.
