This will be rather short as only one person had any questions for me for this AMA.
1. Would you be opposed to someone who wanted to finish writing Doctor Whooves for you?
Of course not. If someone wants to take inspiration from my series to write their own or to write their own continuation of it, they have my full permission and my best wishes. I'm planning on writing a couple blogs soon that will detail all of my plans for the future that never was for this series of mine. That way you guys won't be left in the dark about what would have happened. Time for me to explain those cryptic one-sentence descriptions I made for the future episodes.
2. Have you ever watched Samurai Jack? If so, are you excited that it'll be coming back for a final season soon?
Funnily enough, the day before you asked me this question I had just finished watching my way through the entire series. Samurai Jack wasn't a show I really watched a lot as a kid but I was definitely interested when news of the final season emerged. I decided to revisit the series and it was great. I wouldn't call it one of my personal favorite shows but it is definitely one of the best shows I've ever seen. So, yes, I am definitely looking forward to Season 5. Time for Jack to finally get back to the past!
3. Should Infinity Train be a show?
Yes! I loved the pilot and I think it could be Cartoon Network's answer to Gravity Falls. I liked quite a number of the other pilots that CN debuted online such as Twelve Forever, Paranormal Roommates, Victor and Valentino, and Back to Backspace. I'd be up to seeing all of them become shows; but, if I had to choose, Infinity Train would definitely be the one that I want the most to become a show.
4. Remember when you did that list of Top 20 favorite shows? Are there any newer shows that would be on that list if you redid it now?
Looking back, there are a few changes I would make. Honestly, it's a bit hard to rank shows as there are so many that I thoroughly enjoy. So I'll just list off some shows that I've seen since then and love: Steven Universe, Gravity Falls, Star vs the Forces of Evil, Erased, One Punch Man, ReZero: Starting Life in Another World, Timeless, A Series of Unfortunate Events, and Stranger Things.
5. Is it a possibility that you'll watch Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency? 'Cause it's great!
I'm considering it. I've heard good things about it so I might just put my distaste for Max Landis on the side and check it out. Though that may not be until after I'm caught up with The Blacklist.
6. You've read the A Series of Unfortunate Events books right? Did you see the Netflix series? Would you recommend it?
As you can probably guess from one of my earlier answers, I did indeed read the book series and have watched the Netflix series. And it's easily one of the best book adaptations I've ever seen. It's fantastic and any fan of the books should check it out. It completely leaves the movie adaptation in the dust and I can't wait to see them adapt the rest of the series over the next two seasons. In case you don't know, each book is basically given two full episodes. The season that was just released covers the first four books. Season 2 will cover books 5-9 and Season 3 will cover books 10-13.
Anyway, that's it for this short AMA. Have a great day, everyone!
