And screw the guy who just wrecked me on BTD battles. · 12:45am Mar 7th, 2017

Wrecked. By a person with nothing but dart monkeys.

I had supermonkeys, and they survived camo-regen zebras with nothing but five dart monkeys.

Reported them for hacking, though I want my 2000 medallions back...

Sorry if I'm just venting now. It's really irritating when someone feels so weak that they turn to hacking the game just to feel better.

It's alright for you to vent. Though, I have absolutely no idea what this game is about. :derpytongue2:

4446002 It's from the Bloons Tower Defense series of games. I'm in high school now, and I've been playing it since first grade. A person like me, who knows every possible strategy and move, versus a person who's only got a win rate of 59% of the time, and they wreck me with the lowest level tower possible.

I first started playing it for fun starting with the original Bloons Tower Defense 1, which was released around the same time as when I started elementary school. Throughout the years, I went through BTD 2, 3, 4, 5, and now Battles, which is the first PvP version of BTD ever.

But yeah. Classic noob vs. pro scenario, and in this case, the noob was probably hacking.

And they broke my week-long win streak, as well. :facehoof:

I'm sorry for you, buddy. Let me second what The Chill Dude said.

4446012

Heya, buddy. I haven't spoken to you in a few days. :pinkiehappy:

4446012 Thanks. :scootangel:

I doubt that 2000 medallions matters all that much anymore to me anyways, since I was playing a match to try and get up to 100,000 medallions. They brought me from 98,000 to 96,000 though. That's gonna take a couple weeks to earn back.

At least, without spending some money that I don't have for some in-app purchases. Took me 2 1/2 years to work my way up to where I am in terms of my battlescore, when others just spend $99 to get 50,000 medallions at once. I've never payed a single dime, but 2 1/2 years of slowly upping my rank does what it does.

But yeah. It's gonna take a while. At least I don't have to spend medallions anymore to upgrade towers. I already spend several thousand to do that.

It's the principle of the transgression that stings the most, I find, when it comes to online cheaters, but then, again you seem more serious about this game than I typically am about mine. It's the worst kind of unfair.

4446016
Howdy! :ajsmug: I solemnly swear that I have been up to no good.

4446073

Well, I have been up to no good. I've been punishing my OC a lot in my satire. :trollestia:

4446073 Yeah. It's been one of my favorite games throughout my life, since it was originally a slow-paced strategy game about popping balloons with cannons and monkeys.

Now though? The game's evolved into a fast-paced puzzle with multiple strategies to reach the famed "late game" stages, as well as being a multiplayer PvP game in which you have to beat the other player not with brute force, but with techniques and tricks.

Since there's no way to really brute-force an opponent, the only feasible way to cheat in the PvP version of the game is to either have infinite health, infinite money, or range/speed boosts on your own towers.

4446075
So cruel! :pinkiecrazy:

4446078
:twilightsheepish: I don't play a lot of those types of games, so what you're saying is largely going over my head. Sorry. I can understand, though, how's the game going mean a lot to you, as a fellow gamer.

4446125

Yeah. He immediately starts off with a concussion. And then it goes downhill from there. :pinkiecrazy:

4446125 Yeah. I'm fine with that too. In fact, out of all of my friends, I'm the only one who prefers strategy/puzzle games to fps and rpg genres.

Them: *Constant talk about Overwatch and CoD*

Me: *Raises hand* I survived to round 78 using nine sun god temples...

4446132
Oh, that's nasty.

4446138
RPGs are more my thing. They tend to be less tedious to me.

4446569

RPG games are your thing too? It's my favorite genre!

My favorite is either Xenosaga series, Legend of Dragoon, or Phantasy Star Online 2 at this point.

Oh and don't worry, I left the gore out, since it is supposed to be comedic and random rather than dark. I think I'm portraying Discord as the story's antagonist pretty well. :moustache:

4446785
You play a wider variety than I do. I believe I was recommended Legend of the Dragoon once, but I haven't gotten around to it.

I hadn't figured you were using gore elements. Still, concussions can be relatively serious, hence "nasty" of you to give. Sounds like a riot. dl.dropbox.com/u/31471793/FiMFiction/discord.png

4446933

It'll definitely leave a doozy.

And Ive played a lot more RPGs than that. Those are just some of the better ones IMO. Final fantasy 7, 9 and 10 are worth playing too.

I can tell you right now you probably don't have the time to be putting into LoD at the moment. It takes 30+ hours to go through the game first pass, and the final boss is about 90 minute fight or more if you don't know the optimal strat.

4446953
That's what you get for being an HIE. roundstable.com/forums/images/smilies/flutterrage.png

My favorite soundtracks tend to come from these types of games.

:rainbowlaugh: That sounds about right.

4446968

Is it technically HIE though? He was magically transformed into a pony when he fell through the portal. . . Somehow. :rainbowlaugh:

4447033
Technically , yes.:trollestia:
