So there's kind of this big thing happening today...

For those who do not know, HaHcon is, in their words:

...a free online convention for fans of the show “My Little Pony.” At a physical convention, you go to different events in rooms at a location. At HAHcon, all of the events are livestreamed on the internet. If your internet is good enough, you can go to multiple events at the same time by opening them in different windows. You will also see things you won’t get at a regular convention because people can be very creative with what – and where – they are streaming. We love fun, useful, weird, and unusual events.

Our convention is open to events suitable for people of all ages, including kids-safe and adults-only events. A content rating is posted for each livestream in the convention schedule.

It's happening RIGHT NOW (Saturday the 4th) until like 1AM HERE, so there's lots of con to see, and tons of panels. Art to watch, questions to ask, some big names in the actual fandom as far as content creation are going to be saying and doing stuff for you to watch. It may seem silly, but to someone who's an agoraphobe like me, I think this is actually pretty cool, and that it's nice for those who are too far away or unable to get to a convention for any other reason.

Besides my finding it cool, I'd also like to mention that I'm going to be on it.

The Good HiE Podcast is celebrating its one year anniversary today. That's right, ONE YEAR! In about 4 hours, at 4PM PST, we will be doing a panel, in which we take your questions, like usual, we drink, like usual, and we act like assholes, like usual. Our guests are, well, ourselves, and we've been given an hour, but we'll probably go for hours and hours afterwards, just partying and having fun with each other in a low-stress way. We are one of the only two Rated M panels at the con, and if you'd like to come and watch and chat, I'd actually really appreciate it:

We're also going to kind of salute all who watch us, love us, hate us, put up with us, and have worked with us before. I know it's dumb, but I love doing these podcasts, and I love working with the guys on this big dumb labor of love.
Anyway, time to start celebrating one year doing this stupid inane thing that I enjoy.
