Her mother enters the corridor. Scotch Tape waits but gets worried after some time passes. Then she hears hoof steps. "Mommy, why did you..." the filly couldn’t finish as she saw her mother. Some kind of cybernetic implants was on the left side of her head, the right fore hoof was replaced with some kind of weapon.

"Kill me..." her mother pleads, Scotch was too shocked to do anything. Then, she managed to put her mother out of her misery.

Didn’t you forgot someone, or something?" a new cybernetic voice was behind her. As she turned around in fear, a pony covered with exo-plating and the same implants as her mother stood before her. She couldn’t even scream as the pony injected her with a pair of flexible needle-like devices. She blacks out.

She came to as the pony spoke, "You wondering what you've feeling? That's pain. Every one of us is part of the whole." Thousands of voices speaking as one filled her mind. "You hear that? Filling your mind, telling you what to think, what to do? Welcome to our collective, Scotch Tape."

The voice orders her to go to the security room. As she opens the door, Blackjack and other security personnel see her. "Oh, Scotch Tape, what have they done?" They fire at her but the bullets have no effect. She and the other pony kill them all with their weapons, including her father and friends

Just remember, don't tell them it's a dream until afterwards.
And I'd definitely go into more detail about putting the mother out of her misery. Not gory detail just for tension and effect. Don't brush it aside, it's a very climactic moment.
Killing one's parent out of mercy is never a simple thing for a any foal.

4442065 Now I can't help but think while Pipsqueak has still control that he pleads the doctor for help. Or imagine Dinky being converted and she pleads her father for help For the dream Scotch has, How would you imagine how she looks like as Borg drone and what would be her designation as drone?

Maybe even using them as limbs, chasing folks through corridors like some kind of kraken.

4442123 Sounds good. Like evey other drones, she has Exo-plating, should she have a eyepiece? About your idea, as the tubes and wires are seen on the head, one of her forelegs could be replaced with a grapple hook to quickly get from point to point. Got an idea for her borg designation?

4442456 I think an eyepiece would work. Grappling hook too but make seem almost biomechanical, like an extending limb or spinal column. Adds to the scare factor.
No idea about the designation though, I'm afraid. Sorry.

The dark thought is, that the drones that resemble Blackjack, P-21, Morning Glory and Lacunae are actually cyborgs, former US soldiers that got Deadly wounded in battles which is the reason why they act so well and can show emotions
