I love TwiDash! Of all the Dash ships I ship (including ScootaDash... aged up or Foalcon (I am very bad) and various sister/mother roles) I consider TwiDash my OTP Dash ship. There is pretty much nopony I wouldn't ship Dash with. Hell, I am certain if someone wrote a good BlueDash (Blueblood/Dash) fic, I would enjoy it. I consider ships to be colors. For TwiDash, I really like the color it brings out in my head. Dash is better in fanfiction then she is in the show, but I still like her overall. Dash could be shipped with a pony and chances are I would really like it. The only ship I don't like is MacDash, but if the story was really good, I would read it. I just don't like it quite as much. It isn't bad, it's just the least liked. To be fair, I don't like FlutterMac or CheerliMac either so it isn't just bias with Dash.
I don't like joke Dash ships such as inanimate objects. I am talking legit Dash ships here. If the story is too comedic I just lose interest. It has to be a legit pony.. or entity if we are going supernatural route here!
4427232 I really like Rainbow ships too, TwiDash is probably my favorite also (even if it's a very close tie with SoarinDash) But you are right, I think I'd enjoy a story that ships her with just about anypony, maybe even Big Mac. Even then though the only Big Mac ship I kind of like is CheerliMac, I think they're cute together.

It's too easy! I don't know why I hold a grudge against canon ships (even implied) I just do. I wouldn't say it's completely bad, I just don't like ships everyone else churns out. When someone thinks of Big Mac, it's either FlutterMac or CheerliMac. OctiScratch and LyraBon to some extent get this feeling from me too, but I am at least willing to like Lyra or Octavia in their default lover role. It's just the really easy canon ships I am not as fond of. I come to fanfiction for something different. Not something that has been teased in the show or various other fanfictions.
Which makes my eternal love of TwiDash all the more ironic really.

You should not feel weird most of the ships you re talking about are not even close to being implied ships. For instance FlutterMac is very popular here but in terms of the show they have very little interactions. I think Pinkie Pie has more scenes directly with Mac than Fluttershy does.
In your list I would agree easily with LyraBon since they seem to go out of their way to show those two together now so we can call tht implied (also the "best friends" line if you like) and Octavia and Scratch well I do not know if I would go as far as implied ship though it would not take much to make it go that way. Right now they are roommates is as far as the show really goes but like I said can easily be made to go further if you like. Cherilee and Mac is an interesting case because it artificially happens on the show but we get nothing for it afterwords so really in effect the show says it is NOT an actual ship (though one could claim that who knows since most background characters get so little time for us to really get to know them). As for the rest especially the mane six ones there are no actual implied ships just a whole lot that we can all make to work from stuff in the show but really the "evidence" people use does not prove anything (though it makes for nice things to use for a story). You can argue that they tease us but actual implied ships on the main characters just isn't there.
