Greetings, fellow Earthicans!
Man, these past few months have been a wild ride, eh? And I'm not even talking about the political world... (And I'm not going to.)
A lot has happened between then and now, with my life changing pretty much just a few days after I posted my last blog back in October. For starters, I finally quit my dead-end job towards the end of October! It was a bit of a whirlwind; I got interviewed and hired in less than a week, and I quit my old job pretty much immediately after. Before starting at the new place, I gave myself a well-earned vacation and ran away to Florida for a bit, where I stayed with some good friends (one of them even modeled for me!) I also visited a couple of aviation museums while there because, as you all know, aviation is my true lust fetish dark desire passion, even moreso than my photography.
In hindsight, I should've thought to mention my escape to Florida to meet some of you peeps; it's not common for me to actually be in the continental US!
Anyways, coming back home, I quickly jumped into my new job, and it's honestly amazing. It's a total 180 from my previous job in every way. I won't go into detail here, but suffice to say, my quality of life and mental health have improved dramatically by no longer being held accountable to very toxic people and situations. Oh, and you want to know what the best part of my new job is? I'm working in a freight forwarder at the airport. So, not only do I work close to those beautiful, sexy airplanes... I'm working at a shipping company.
Yes, that's right: I'm getting paid to be a Shipper. I am a Professional Shipper.
Anyways, I'll keep it short today; I've put up an additional snippet in my drabble collection, if you want to engage in some cronyism with Twilight; and who knows? Maybe 2017 will bring about more good things, eh?
Totally not implying I'm gonna finish that other one-shot I've been teasing.
