Important announcement I've been putting off. · 11:34pm Feb 7th, 2017
Around a year and a half from now I'm going to be shipping out for the U.S Navy.
Now. As for how this affects my time spent on this website I am uncertain. Although as soon as I know my deployment date (since I'm going in full active duty) I will let everyone know at least a week in advance. And I'm already working on figuring out who I'm going to pass the torch too when it comes time although, I really don't know if this is still going to be around in twenty years but who knows.
For the time being though I'm staying right where I am so.
I'm so excited and terrified but...
I don't know. I just needed to let everybody involved know. If you happen to be active duty or retired military, props to you and thank you for your service!
I might not have known you long, but I hope for nothing more than good times, luck, and plenty of good memories. Kind of a farrago on my part, but I genuinely mean it, even if it is a little premature. Salute from the UK, my man.

4413336 Yes, but regardless of the length of time I have even remotely known someone, if the interaction was positive it always makes we feel heartache when I won't be able to interact with someone who I had a pleasant exchange with again. At the very least we will receive forewarning of your impending absence, so at least it won't come too out of the blue, fortunately.

Like I said. I had been putting this off for the longest time. But I figure if I put it off any longer I probably wasn't going to do it at all. Besides. I have no idea if I can keep up communication or not. Only time will tell. Although dat Soviet National anthem. But they have entire armies singing that, so it sounds more, well, 'epic'. I'm sure how many national armies feature the blood of their enemies in their anthem. The closest is the UK anthem having a stanza dedicated to 'Barbaric' scotsmen.
