    Raining

    It's raining outside
    Maybe inside too
    I can't tell though
Inside, I can't feel the rain on my skin

    Perhaps it's just the temperature
    That would explain the cold
But not why I hear the rain falling
a steady drip-drip down my nose

I'm standing in the rain, you see
It splashes from skin to shirt
    And if it's not raining
Then why are my eyes so wet?

    It's hailing outside

    For the first time ever...

I'm not going to be single for Valentine's Day.

I don't know how to feel about that, so you guys tell me how to feel.

Anyways, happy Single's Awareness Day! Those of you enjoying the day, kudos to you. Those of you suffering from this day... my condolences.

    Another year

Another year I walk the sands
They shift and change beneath my feet
Yet through it all I walk.

Another year I see the others walk the sands
Some falter and slip beneath the sand
Others lay roads for still later others to tread

The roads vanish beneath the sands
And yet they are the sands themselves
So perhaps they never were, or still are

Some do not walk the sands like I

It's Been Awhile | Stories for the Future · 6:22pm Feb 7th, 2017

Hey everyone; today I realized that I've been doing a ton of reading on this site... but not so much of the interacting and stuff. SO!
A blog post about what's going on, what I'm doing, etc.

First things first, currently I'm still working on homelessness. However, I have a few places I'm looking into, and I'm also taking a look at a few of the housing assistance programs, as it'll be far easier to get a job if I have a place... and vice-versa, unfortunately. Quick tip, don't be homeless if you don't have to be. I know, that sounds like weird advice, but I wish I'd been able to tell myself that about six years ago.

Secondly, for those of you who have money you're not spending and want to help me out, you can drop money into my GoFundMe, which is mostly just there in case someone wants to help me afford a bit of food and be able to pay for socks and hand warmers. It has been snowing the last couple of days, but hopefully that's going to clear up in the next day or so.

Third order of business... I'm working on a new series of stories. Six of them, to be exact, all of them going to be set in Equestria, of course, and each is going to be a crossover... with something new each time :pinkiehappy:
The series running title is 'My Little Alien' and the first one I'll be working on is called 'In Pursuit of Perfection'. Give me your guesses in the comments, I'll give a special prize to anyone that can hit what the crossover will be. Anybody that's interested in helping me edit/co-author the stories would be greatly appreciated.

Xavius! A blog from you finally! It's been too long man. Good to hear you're still on the site. And I'm extremely glad you have a GoFundMe. Not promising anything, buuttttt...you may get something from me.

Well, thank you for at least considering it!

Any thoughts on the story title, perhaps?
