Thanks to Avenging-Hobbits' outline from 2013, I've managed to develop a timeline of my own for Phase 1:
Spark - Princess of Storms Prologue: approx. 2,000 or so years before events of Harmony's Avengers.
Captain Equestria - Harmony's First Avenger: approx. 70 years or so before events of Harmony's Avengers.
The Incredible Flutterhulk Prologue: approx. 7 years before events of Harmony's Avengers.
Iron Mare: approx. two years before the events of Harmony's Avengers.
Act 1 of The Incredible Flutterhulk onwards: begins during the third act of Iron Mare 2 and approx. two years before events of Harmony's Avengers.
Spark - Princess of Storms: approx. one year before events of Harmony's Avengers.
Captain Equestria - Harmony's First Avenger Prologue and Epilogue: approx. six months before events of Harmony's Avengers.
Harmony's Avengers: approx. six months after the epilogue of Captain Equestria - Harmony's First Avenger.
Spitfire's Long Week: Between the events of Iron Mare 2, The Incredible Flutterhulk and Spark - Princess of Storms.
