Well everyone, it’s a new year. The last year was a much better year for me than 2015, all things considered, especially here on this site. I (sort of) finished up a story of mine that I’ve been working on since 2012, and started and completed three entirely new stories, one of which quickly became my most popular, briefly made it into the featured box, and
I’m currently in the process of moving, but once I’m done and settled in, I should start up writing again (if I can find the time in-between reading every piece of Zootopia fanfiction that’s out there).
But that’s neither here nor there. First and foremost, some upcoming stories,
~A Horse with No Name – A story about a young Saddle Arabian horse and his trip across a vast and inhospitable desert. This has been several years in the making now and should hopefully be getting out soon. I'm real excited about it.
~A Summer Sun Celebration Tale – A story about a very nice family who visits Ponyville on the day of the 1000th Summer Sun Celebration, only to have their pleasant vacation ruined by the return of Nightmare Moon.
~Alone in the Universe – A story wherein an old stallion has an encounter with a being from beyond the stars.
~Daring Do Abruptly Dies Partway Through This Story – A story in which Daring Do searches for a mystical artifact, beats up some bad guys, and tries to save the world, only to ultimately fail. I’m still not 100% sure on this title, but I'll figure it out. It's going to be exactly what it says on the tin.
~An as of yet unnamed and unplanned story that is only told through ancillary information not directly related to the plot. Things like bills, transcripts, and other documented occurrences. That may not make sense, but it’ll be simple enough when I get to it.
~Maybe a brief story about Nightmare Moon or something. I don’t know.
