Merry Christmas from Los Angeles! I'm back in America, and although the future of our democracy is in question, I'm still feeling the holiday spirit! This is the first Christmas that I've been able to buy presents for everyone in my family (two parents, three sisters, two nephews, and a brother-in-law), so I'm feeling quite proud of myself.
In less proud news: yeah, it's Christmas, and I still haven't published that fic I said was gonna be done for Thanksgiving. Bleh. I'm on the second-to-last scene right now, so it will be out relatively soon—I've been having some trouble deciding on what I want the ending to be, as well as what I want the "message" or "moral" or whatever you wanna call it to be. Writing's hard, yo! It kinda makes me feel like I've got busy bees buzzing around my brain.
Anyway, I'm gonna head to bed now and be woken up by my nephews in a few hours. Goodnight, and have a wonderful December 25th! Love you all!
(btw, I'm tagging Half-Naked Santa in this just because it's my most successful Christmas fic, and just to remind anyone who reads this that it exists... I still think it's one of, if not my best comedy, and it's seasonally relevant, too!)
