Thanks to the painkillers I've been able to be productive. I've not been as productive as I wanted, nor in the area I wanted, but productive nonetheless. The side project I've been talking about? Well, it's going to be a new story from yours truly! The first chapter will stand nicely on it's own as a one-shot, but I hope to expand it to a full Rites side-story eventually. However, as it is a side story, it's priority is lower and it may take a while to write all that.
That having been said, it's nearly done. I have two more editors that need to take a look at it, and it needs cover art, and then it's done. When it's ready, I'll post it at the same time as a Rites update with a link in the Rites chapter so it's easy to get to. I hope you all like it!
