I’m Returning

Well it looks like I suddenly got another pony story in me after all. Really kinda surprised me as I had already just said on my most popular story, You’re Wanted, that I’m probably moving on. Guess that teaches me to talk like that.

What’s the new story going to be about?
It happens in the “You’re Wanted” universe, about one month after the events of “I’ll Always Protect You”. In the wake of the Impulse conflict a disaffected group of male refugees attempts to overthrow the social order, declaring it to be set against them. Rainbow begins to take their side when it turns out they just want to escape abusive homes and live as equals. In the thick of it all, our blue hero finds villains on all sides and friends become enemies as Equestria threatens to erupt in the flames of war.
Also… if you think Celestia could be bad, wait till you see what she and the refugees unintentionally created.

When, three days from never? I don’t even blame a women’s rights group for not addressing men’s rights, I just don’t get why we must be enemies-

Oh… right… mainstream feminism accuses men of being in a mass conspiracy because of our genitals…a conspiracy theory that is one of the main reasons men have such a hard time being taken seriously when calling in domestic abuse perpetrated by women... that’s why we’re enemies. I remember now.
Okay, so, a few things. I don't think feminists and MRAs need to be enemies, but they both do need to stop demonizing the gender they don't happen to represent. Seriously, we can accomplish a lot more together than we can as opponents.
The crux of what I believe is that both genders have problems, both need to be more open minded about the “other side”, both could stand to be more critical of “their side” and we all need to remember, we need each other in the end. Also, en mass, I do not believe either gender is “out to get” the other or is attempting to, consciously or subconsciously, mass oppress the other.
Men and women are different in many ways, but they are equally important, differences to not make you less of a person. They should receive equal compensation, respect, opportunities and protection as individuals, especially in modern society. But both should remember, equal opportunity does not equal equality of outcome.

You may think you’re helping, but you have to understand, egalitarianism is SEXISM!
Yes, color blindness is racism, egalitarianism is sexism, war is peace, freedom is slavery, ignorance is strength and saying something is its logical opposite is a sign of intelligence. Thank you IngSoc. (Read 1984 and you’ll understand why I’m so leery of the Social Justice movement… well that and I think SJWs tend to be minority supremacists but that’s another issue.)
Yea, not gonna spend eternity on this, moving on.

Will this replace the Tumblr?
No, it’s basically a parallel story, the tumblr will tell a similar story, but will probably follow a series of events that revolve more around Lightning and Dusk, it’s principal characters.

Back to a routine then?
Maybe? I’m also moving to Idaho soon and will have to figure out how my next job will allow me to balance things. I’m an activist now remember? There’s a lot going on in my life at the moment. I may start to consider this part of that activism though, we’ll see.

Will you be returning to the forums and stuff?
I’ll try, but I don’t have many ideas for pony topics anymore, there seems to be only so much to talk about and folks hate it when I rehash.

You should make sure not to offend folks with this story.
Considering a good number of people seem to be being brainwashed into believing reality is whatever those in authority say it is, that’s gonna be hard to avoid, in fact, I don’t even think it’s a good idea to avoid offense after a while. I don’t aim to offend, but if I must to show you truth, then that’s what I’ll do.
I’m the kinda guy who if we’re being attacked by something and your dumb ass tries to run towards it, I’ll knock you out and drag you away as dead weight. The head ace you have when you wake up is your problem and you’ll be lucky if I give you ice for it.
