By any chance, have you ever seen the movie "Would You Rather"? Because to be fairly honest, some of your stories tend to start the same way.
A pony (or some ponies) are in a lace where they have no way out and are going to be tortured in the most disgusting and humiliating ways.
So, from one depraved individual to another, I would like to offer some advice.
Instead of making the human(s) in question perverse beyond reason, make him/her/them someone who, at first looks and behaves in a way that makes the pony(ies) think that he/she/them wouldn't harm a fly. But when the pony(ies) are formerly invited, they all play a simple game of "would you rather".
But don't go directly to the sexual humiliation and degradation of the hosts, no. Give them an option, for example: "Berry Punch, would you rather drink the entire cup of wine in front of you for 2,500 bits or serve yourself a small glass of tequila and drink it for 7,500 bits?" Note, in this case Berry Punch is recovering from her alcoholism but at the same time she isn't making enough money for her to pay off the debts she has, which if she doesn't then the bank will evict her from her home and thus she will be homeless.
Another good example would be "Fluttershy, would you rather eat a bowl of the mystery meat and noodle soup that was served for 3,800 bits or eat half of the fillet that's in front of you for 8,700 bits?" Note, in this case Fluttershy's family can't afford to pay the medication Zephyr Breeze needs becaus he managed to develop an autoimmune condition that's slowly eating him alive.
Make the circumstances become their desperation and have the human exploit it.

i'm a simple man with simple tastes. I might use the 'would you rather?' setup tho actually! still, it'll all be about gross sexual stuff.
i'm thinking of one with Fluttershy and Applejack, to be honest. I love the 'has to pay for medicine' setup, I will likely steal that. Fluttershy gets told to sexually service humans in increasingly unpleasant ways. At any stage she can choose the 'rather' and Applejack will do it instead, but Applejack will do a longer, doubly-degrading version of whatever the request is.

Actually, in the movie , they are all given an option after the harmless would you rathers are done to leave the house along with the money given to them, no tricks no strings attached. But those who decided to stay in the house are now playing for the jackpot. Whoever manages to, in the case of the movie, survive will never have any problems with money.
If you are going to make the ponies start doing degrading things, I recommend that they start with innocent things, like kissing or maybe a gentle grope here and there, but as the game continues, things will slowly start spiralling out of control as their options become more and more hard (see what I did there
) to get done (being underwater for 5 minutes, having several firecrackers explode in your hand, using a scalpel to cut open your own eye etc).
The potential candidates that I would put would be
-Fluttershy: her brothers immune system is starting to attack his skin (lupus erythematosus) which is making many blister like wounds get infected and since his immune system is compromised, it can't defend him against those infections that will take his life if he doesn't get medical treatment and soon. The cost of the medical treatments he needs is 35,000 bits.
-Derpy Hooves: after the tragic accident that affected her eyes, she has finally managed to find a surgeon that can and will fix her eye sight problems, the thing is though, the surgery isn't cheap and she doesn't have the money to pay for it. The price of the surgery is 20,000 bits.
-Berry Punch: she (at least I assume this character is a she) has been kicked out of, almost, countless jobs and the main reason that happens is because she can't stop drinking alcohol. Sadly for her, she has a mortgage to pay as well as taxes, and since she doesn't have a job anymore, the bank is very close from evicting her from her home. The money she owes is 30,000 bits
-Rainbow Dash: in order to become a Wonderbolt, she needs to pay some professional conditioning classes if she truly wants to become one of the Wonderbolt team. The problem is that there are several classes she has to pay, and while individually they aren't very expensive, together they are very expensive. The diplomas she gets by passing each conditioning class is the only thing she requires to become a Wonderbolt. The total cost for the conditioning classes is 36,000

I try work on stories with minimal setup before the porn, because the porn is what motivates me to write.
