I've noticed that throughout my fic-writing career I haven't really gotten much feedback on anything, with the exception of I Don't Swing that Way. This really shouldn't bother me but it does. I guess I just have a great fear of the unknown.
I guess the reason I don't get feedback is cause I'm still relatively new on this site and other sites, which could be quite the disadvantage considering, well, you're new and people don't know you exist yet. I Don't Swing that Way got so much attention likely because it centered around a very popular topic. But not all my stories are gonna be like that, ya know?
If you have the time, though, I really would appreciate an honest review of my stories in general. I want to know what I can do to improve and write great stories. I'm dying of curiosity over here. And seriously, be honest. Applejack is watching you...
Also I've had the idea recently to write a story about the whole politics debacle. Ending with an inspiring friendship lesson on overcoming disagreements and uniting together (lolz I love friendship). May or may not be pony related. Should I go for it? What should it be about? Maybe it's a little too sensitive?
OK I'm done now I promise. Love all of you guys and I think you are the best!
For the Political Story, we'll see how it turns out. It's all about the Execution, even with a great idea, the Potential will be WASTED if the story's writing is Terrible or Awful. So you may have to take your time.
4296427 This is a fair point. You're definitely right, no one wants to read a badly-written story. Thanks for your input, it means a lot!
4296807 No Problem.
If I had to guess, I'd say it's a matter of views; I Don't Swing That Way got many more views than your other stories, which means more chances someone who will comment would stop by.
But if you're sure you want more reviews I can give the others a look.
