It looks like you raised enough of a fuss to get this Jinx fellow banned. I've also noticed that this guy's used a trick to impersonate someone else, namely, he's replaced what would normally be a capital letter "i" with a lowercase "L".

The l and L beside each other for comparison: lI
It's subtle, but the lowercase l rises just above the uppercase i.
