2) Create a new story here.....
3) Start a actual story in real life because my friend got a publishing deal and they like the idea I have for a book and are willing to possibly print it?

Why not all of them? You can keep notes on ideas you have for each, and when you have come to a stopping point requiring some thought for anyone of them. You can spend the time thinking and pondering as you work on the others.
