    A Small Pony-Related Update

I'm just briefly dropping by to update my account info on this site, and to let you all know that I'm not dead. While I don't write fics anymore, I still work on something that is related to pony which might interest some of you here. Funnily enough, this whole project is kind of like a reference to multiple pony fics I have written about the arcade scene. The project is called In The Hooves -

So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish

I really can't believe how long it has been since I have shared another story, and I first want to say that I'm sorry to those who have asked me to continue writing stories, especially the SiC series, yet nothing has happened for so long. There was a time when I used to be able to write out an entire story from off the top of my head in only a few hours, and times when I was writing multiple

    PIU 4 ITG!

This is a very overdue project of mine. I'm not sure how many of you will actually appreciate this, but it's about time that I share it. This is a pad-pack for Stepmania I have made that consists of music only featured in Pump It Up mixes. My style of stepping may not be enjoyed by everyone since the charts tend to be a bit excessive with the twisty crossovers and odd turns, but this is just my

A Sneak Peek of What I'm Working On

So, I'm back to reliving an old dream of mine. Step-file making. Yes, I am reworking and adding onto a massive sim-file pack from the past that I created called, "PIU 4 ITG." I am planning on making it so that you can play these files not only at home, but also at the arcade. I really have to spend a lot of time re-syncing and replacing the older song MP3 files with .Ogg, but I'd like to at least

    Polished Up My Fics

This took me a very long time to get to, but I finally decided to split all of my stories up into chapters. I know that it's late, but better late than never. It was a lot of stress and work and I spent a long time doing this. If I continue to write any more fics in the future, I will use chapters from now on. The only problem is that now my fics show up out of order on my story wall since I had

So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish · 11:24pm Oct 9th, 2016

I really can't believe how long it has been since I have shared another story, and I first want to say that I'm sorry to those who have asked me to continue writing stories, especially the SiC series, yet nothing has happened for so long. There was a time when I used to be able to write out an entire story from off the top of my head in only a few hours, and times when I was writing multiple stories and finishing them in less than a week. I used to have a fondness for writing stories, but after posting the story I did before this, I lost the desire, motivation, and focus to write anything. This SiC story, Sailing Through the Storm, was an idea I had years ago, but I could not finish writing it because writing became like torture for me, so I left it sitting there for a very long time, even though it was sort of finished years ago.

After a while, I was thinking about trying to get my thoughts together in an attempt to write more, and I asked a few of my friends what they thought. One of my good friends from FiM Fiction encouraged me greatly to finish writing this story, so I picked up from where I left off and began writing more. Prior to that, I nearly deleted this entire story 80k-100k words into it. The organization of this fic was a mess and parts may not seem very well written. I kept going back to add chapters and rewrite scenes to the point where it was making me quite OCD. Despite how unpleasant it was to write this story, I'm very pleased to announce that a friend of mine drew me my first custom fan fic cover for this story. She has also drawn pictures of some of the characters I have come up with in the past. This promise of a drawing was also a great motivation for me to make this story public after all these years, even though it took her a very long time to finish the drawing. You can view her DA page here.

I'm also sorry that I haven't read or responded to any comments for the longest time. I took a break from FiM Fiction and came back to thousands of notifications, and I just didn't have the time to go through them aside from my inbox. I very rarely sign on these days, and I probably won't even sign on to read any responses to this or to check my inbox. If I do sign on again, it will most likely be because my old editor caught up with reading a few more stories and he gave me some corrections to make, or I'll be looking over someone else's story for edit suggestions, so in a way, this is kind of my goodbye note to you all. It also doesn't help that I've never felt more detached from this fandom than ever before, and while I still currently watch the show, I don't even know how long I will continue to do that because I'm losing interest in it.

I have a lot of notes written down about what the next events will be in SiC, and I had many ideas for new stories, but I don't think I'll ever get to them. I'm fairly certain that I promised that I'd keep writing as long as I had interesting ideas, but I feel like I can't go on anymore. This last story was agonizing for me to finish, and I can't keep doing something that is no longer enjoyable for me in the slightest bit. I am by no means a good writer; I never came here expecting one single thumbs up on any of the stories that I might write, and I certainly did not expect a single person to follow me. Writing for me was a way to express feelings, passions, beliefs, personal experiences, creativity, and even a little silliness. I had fun, but I think it's time to move onto other things. I'm still leaving the SiC series open for future installments since I had so many more ideas for more stories that I wrote down on a notepad next to my computer, but don't expect me to continue writing more unless a miracle happens.

If there's one last thing I'd like to say before I go, it's that I hope you all may write what you believe in and what you stand for no matter how crazy it may seem to others, or how much how much hostility there is over every little topic on the internet. I can admit that I've lost a lot of friends on other sites over the topics I talk about that mean so much to me, no matter how kindly I put it, whether it's religious or not. Personally, I would love to see more religious stories get written no matter what faith the person may follow. I never wrote like this to anger other people who flock to my stories to show me that they proudly know how to Google 'Bible contradictions.' I liked to write stories, but I also think it's important and interesting to also incorporate what you think is right and what you believe in, which is what I'd like to encourage some of you to do because I would honestly like to read an MLP fic based on another religious teaching and see how it would shape the character's personalities, and how it would change their world. To me, something like that would also make it more enjoyable when it comes to learning about other people's culture/religion since they're using characters and a world that we already love. That's just me, though. That idea might not be for everyone else, but I'm sure there are plenty of other readers who would want to sincerely read it. I remember searching in the past and I have not seen too many other fics related to religion except for troll fics, which is rather disappointing. Oddly enough, for a show that preaches the idea that we need to love and tolerate others, the fandom in general is about as opposite as you can get from that teaching, but keep writing, keep creating. There's some really cool things that people do out there, and don't ever limit yourself to what you want to do because you're different.

Thanks for the friendships; you're all magical in your own way.
