Almost three years! Wow did I really disappoint on that one. The worst part is I have a lot written.
I had about 2500 words of Chapter 7 of Fluttershy's Lessons done for the better part of a year, but I couldn't ever get around to finishing it. I'm afraid it's a big change of pace and style, and I hope it's still enjoyable. On another, probably happy, note, I know where I'm going with Chapters 8 and 9, BUT whether I will be able to pound them out in a respectable timeframe still is yet to be seen.
I also started writing another thing, but (because I know how this whole time thing works now) I won't be releasing it until I finish all of the (at last count 9) chapters, and if I have even a shred of respect for my readers, I'll finish (or at least significantly contribute content to) Fluttershy's Lessons first. I have about one and a third chapters written and I'm gonna try to write more of it soon. My current hurdle is Rarity, who I don't hate as much as I once did, but I still don't understand how to write her.
So are you guys willing to welcome an old, forgotten juicebox back into your life?
Most certainly, always good when good writers come back.
