New M-rated story from AJ_Aficionado... · 1:28pm Oct 2nd, 2016
... Though he could also be called the RLV_Aficionado, as he's got a definite soft spot for the flower trio's Roseluck & Lily Valley! His latest offering is Foolers Rush In, a loose sequel of the Unleash the Magic-esque Fertile Ground, in which Roseluck decides it's time to break the shy and stallion-averse Lily out of her shell by taking her to a filly bar. Only the first chapter is written thus far, but with cider flowing freely, a pub full of experienced fillyfoolers and Roseluck in some ways as repressed as Lily, I'm certain you can guess the various M-rated mare-on-mare shenanigans that will ensue!
I enjoyed editing it and I'll vouch for it. AJA's been a very good friend and prereader over the last couple years, and his comment longposts have always been a favorite of mine. Those take a lot of time and effort to do, but he always makes it a point to give one to me on my chapters no matter which story it's on. So if you're into fillyfooling with sides of plot and worldbuilding, give his latest a read and some love! He's got decent stuff but doesn't get the attention he deserves. And oh yes... there will be a bonus chapter posted for Unleash the Magic within a month!
And what about Firefly? The wait is killing me.

I have promises to keep, including writing two new chapters of Call of Duty: Equestrian Warfare for Raven Regios and cleaning up the previous chapters a bit first. Sorry, I want to get back on that story as well, but other things have to happen first.
In truth, I'm also frustrated with the pace of new readers for it. I'm waiting on a review from the Pleasant Commentators group, and hoping that might get me a few new ones.
4237091 Argggh! That face!
4237102 I'm frustrated with the reception Firefly has gotten too. Criminally underappreciated.
Love the RLV Aficionado joke. I've always just sort of been fascinated with the idea of Roseluck and Lily together. I took my queues on Lily's character from an obscure ask blog and started construction on top of it. The idea of Lily being small, socially awkward, and having a relationship with Rose were all taken from there. I'll admit that some of Lily's character is self-insert in the sense of being able to relate with how confusing and frustrating interacting with others can and how burned out one can get through constant failure in that regard.
I have a lot more fun writing Roseluck because she's so completely unlike me, but Lily Valley is far and away my most respected character based on feedback. I guess a lot of us know that feel!
Thanks for the promotion!
