Day 28: If I could Go Back · 1:00pm Sep 28th, 2016
Considering I have quite improved and have answered quite a few questions left unanswered in my blogs, there are a few ideas I could do if I can go back in time.
The New Timeline: Pretty much add the blog post regarding Seville and Blue Permain Apple. I had trouble finding a backstory and this is it. I could also change “The Crystal Empire” a little further.
Rise of the Maximals: As a whole, perhaps make it an all around story (maybe even change the title to Legends Rising). First would be the story of the Rainbooms (sans Sci-Twi) and how they got together, then Sunset Shimmer and Flash forming their own posse (before Cosgrove arrived), then the Crusaders, and then the Maximals. Regarding Night Dancer’s death, I could make it stronger; perhaps add more of a parallel to the Ponyverse by including Dapplewood almost killing himself; with it being too much, Sunset distances herself from her neighbors (It’s mentioned in the story itself, just needs to be stronger).
Equestria Girls (New Timeline): The purpose of the story is to fix so many story problems with the movie itself, rendering it my highest praised Equestria Girls story (though a certain upvote on Camping is Just Dazzling might change that). There’s not much to change, aside from fixing grammatical errors and include a horizontal line. But there was a joke I hoped to include, but couldn’t find a way to fit it in. Some EG stories I’ve read describe Sunset and the Dazzlings being capable of higher speeds than their colleagues, and so I wanted to apply that to Princess Twilight; Spike would tell her to slow down when he finds the others just exhausted while his best friend is still physically sound.
Camping is Just Dazzling: Maybe extend the float trip; whenever I go on a float trip, there is a cave near the river where the water is cold. Trixie would try to play a prank while hiding in the mouth of the cave when Sonata screams.
It Came from the Mysterious Beyond: Perhaps a wasted opportunity is not having one of the dinosaur children get sent into the Human World by accident while escaping from Red Claw and his Fast Biters. Littlefoot as a human would find that this world would have its own Leaf Eaters and Sharpteeth.
All the Other Visits Saga: Combine into one whole story.
