So, amidst my ridiculous year and sporadic messages from you all wondering where I and the next chapter of WAWWA was, I realized I was being a big jerk.
I've been pulled in 12 different directions with work this year, and kept telling myself that I'd be able to hunker down and amass a collection of chapters so I wouldn't have a long pause in updates like this again. I'll give you one guess as to how that plan worked out.
I was saving the latest chapter until I could get the next draft finalized (which it pretty much is. I just procrastinate so much), but screw that. It has been, what, like half a year? *sigh*
I'm sorry, y'all. I know it rings hollow after the 20348th time saying it, but I do mean it. In addition to this, there are a few of you who have checked up on me and made small requests of me via inbox that I was just plain ol' late in getting to. Deeply regret that, and hope you can understand that I'm kind of unexpectedly short on time this year.
However, I am trying to do better, and as slow as I've been with my story this year, just know that I'll never give it up.

Oh no Theigi, in no way have you been a jerk! Life happens and lets all be honest, you aren't being paid for this. Regardless, it's great you found time/motivation for another chapter. And just knowing you won't give up on this fic is enough for me no matter how long it takes.
I'm a big believer in not bothering an author, so in those long spans of time you may be busy with real life, even if I don't say/send anything just now I continue to wish for you the best and am always eagerly looking forward to more chapters of your amazing Siren fic!
The good stuff is always worth waiting for.
