Molestation means using things other than your penis (mouth, hands, objects) to touch sexual areas of underage children. You cannot molest an adult.
Sexual assault is the adult version of molestation. Using things other than a penis to touch/penetrate the sexual areas of an adult.

You are still jumping to conclusions . I will point out that I'm going based solely on context clues. The chapter names sound like birthdays; based on that flurry heart is <18.
No information on Thorax's age.

Without proper data , we can not conclude that by prior definition either character was molested nor sexually assaulted as a result of the fact that there is the open possibility that Thorax's age is <18 as well which would infer that there is no adult in the situation.
Before you jump again, it was already stated that there is no rape: conclusion, there is no rape, molestation, nor sexual assault.
Look, you're either into (what I presume to be) foalcon/cub or you're not. Personally I have no interest in reading this story based on the information on hand.
The interest of the story is rediscovery of the childish innocence of first realizing ones sexdrive...this last sentence is a general statement and is not solely speaking of this story as I have not read it.
A child can not consent. A non-consenting person touching a non-consenting person is a logic fault in that legally speaking there is no blame.
Ultimately, it's harmless because we're all throwing a fit over nonexistent magical talking ponies who regardless of stated age, will exhibit an unnatural maturity while involved in a very mature activity that would under only specific circumstances actually occur in real life and if then would be ignored as childish experimentation.
