This is a link to the game!

Is something I'm trying to put together for Halloween. I may end up posting a few different versions of this, but need to see how people react before finalizing anything. Need to know how much complexity people can handle and stuff.

Specifically, if the game is too confusing, too hard/easy or if you have any ideas for special rules for streets or special events then that's exactly what I'm looking for. Really any feedback is welcome. Thanks.
