Hey, my first blog post.
When I first came up with the concept for How to Kidnap a Princess, I always meant to end the story with the explanation of what had happened to Twilight. The last few lines--revealing that Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash had been sent to Tartarus for their crime--were added on later as one last joke so as to end on a funny note.
I was pleasantly surprised when people commented that they would be interested in seeing an epilogue or sequel about what happened to Pinkie and Rainbow. Since then, I've been mulling over ideas for how the story could continue, and I've finally settled on something I think will be amusing. So, I am pleased to announce a sequel: How to Escape from Tartarus. It picks up right where the previous story ended, and chronicles the efforts of Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash to escape from their prison (in case you couldn't already guess that from the title).
I'd like to thank people for reading How to Kidnap a Princess, and for even wanting a sequel. I appreciate it when people take interest in the work of an obscure recluse such as myself.
