Woo-hoo!
Ooooh. Time to put this back in my tracking list.
Must be you are feeling better.
Heck yes!
Well, I'm glad that you are finishing Adrift. I've always loved your writings, so I look forward to more of them. Can't lie, if this is your last story in general, I will miss them, but it has been a wonderful journey.
Excellent! I'm glad you've got your writing spark for this back, Chatoyance. :)
Huzzah! I look forward to the thrilling conclusion.
Nice to see it.
Hurray! Now I can finally have a completed series. Unlike other authors I follow on this site.
YES!
Where'd I park the hype train? Oh, there it is. Hit it, Flutters!

FlutterTrain was awesome! Thank you for that!
Best news of month.
What should you do next?
I really wanted, for some time, to continue injectoverse by myself, but... it's too whole, too finished. Despite even the open final. It'll be or 'mankind win' dark scenario, or 'ponies win' sweet and sappy ending. But i didn't lost hope. Once, i will find a third, intresting way...
And, about the translations. Right now, i finishing the last chapter of "Teacup". The DarkPony team a few days ago had finished "27 ounces" and anounced the "Taste of Grass". As before, the love/hate rating is about 8/1 (maybe, because our reality are little bit closer to "worldcorp society", lol). Aaaand, i have a question.
What do "Euphrosyne" means in a "Euphrosyne unchained"? It sounds like a name, but who is it? Or it some kind of code? Like hurricane names?

Euphrosyne is a Charite, a lesser goddess within ancient Greek mythology. From Wikipedia:
In my story, the use represents the protagonist's personal quest to cease being a fairly moody, nerdy individual, and to become a bright, happy, social individual. She is weary of being overly intellectual, and desires to be more emotional and spontaneous - to be mirthful, and playful.
I thank the DarkPony team for all of their hard work.
4202554 Ah, that Euphrosyne... So, i get it right, the name of the story is a reference to Aeschylus (and ancient fanfics on him)?
4202569 Yes indeedy!

The title says "last Conversion Bureau novel". That doesn't say anything about TCB short stories, novellas or even novelettes! And it certainly leaves open all non-TCB fiction Chat's poetic imagination may inspire her to write! (I hope you're reading this, Chat!)

You are so very kind to me, and I am grateful to have you and your family as readers of my work.
Sadly, it is unlikely that I will do more after this. I may get some inspiration, it's always possible I suppose, but the way I feel now, this is likely my very last pony work.
That said, I will try my best to make it a good one.

I suspect I won't be doing fan fics forever myself, and the only thing I wish for others is to find joy in what they do, and to share that joy when they can. I look forward to reading the conclusion of Adrift Off Fiddler's Green!
Your friend,
Daf
I can't express just how thrilled I am that you're finishing this. I think the world would be poorer if a mob of haters who probably didn't even bother reading your work prevented this sprawling epic from concluding the way you imagined it.
Not that I'd have faulted you if you did give up. The vitriol I saw directed at you often defined my understanding.
But you didn't give up. All my respect and gratitude that you stayed the course. I can think of no victory more complete.

Thank you, Starscribe.
I can't say the last several years of enduring a hate mob have been easy or fun, but in the end, they are just nasty, naughty children acting out. That's the bottom line, after all is said and done.
My biggest barrier has been... the fact that this is my last novel here. It was always intended to be that, the final story that wraps everything up in a big pretty bow. With a cherry on top. I've had very mixed feelings about this day.
So, I guess I needed to spend two years writing all the novels and short stories I felt required doing before I finished this book. Things like 'Little Blue Cat' and 'Across The Amazon'. But I'm done now, finally.
MLP:FIM just isn't as much fun as it was, the writing has been poor (save for a very few excellent episodes recently), and I no longer have any sort of writing community sharing my passions to belong to anymore. I am... the last Conversion Bureau author. The last true, Three Rules Compatible writer, anyway. That I know of.
And, being the last, it is time to finish my book.
I will do my best to make it a good one.
You know... my foal day may have been yesterday, but this is the greatest gift I could have ever been given. You may be finishing it, and you might be setting aside your writing after... but I will always cherish and value you as well as your work.
I haven't been as vocal a friend as I should have been, but you have always been a solid rock of the writers I value, because you have been the one to truly try and bring happiness to so many, despite your own hardships. You have given so much joy to me, to Gabriel LaVedier (who says hello, by the by), to Midnight Shadow, and so many others.
I find myself at a loss for words in just how much you and your writing means to one like me. I still want to write and craft stories. I still have TCB ideas, that adhere to your criteria, at that. It's but a matter of time, I think.
The Conversion Bureau's heyday may have come and gone, but it won't ever die. Not as long as writers like you and I and Midnight are around. There is too much good in the world to simply give it up. It's part of us, even if we never write another word for another TCB fic, the ideals and thought processes of that world are ingrained in us. I wouldn't have it any other way. Or you. Or any of my other friends.
It's good to see you back, Chat. You have been grievously missed.

Thank you, Noble Cause, for your loving sentiments. And hello back to Gabriel, too. Chapter 9 has a tiny shout out to his 'Dames' stories.
I will always be grateful for such company and friendship as you have provided me during my time here. You are good stuff.

I love the Dubliners, they do a wonderful version of the song. I love the song, too.
