Doing NaNoWriMo this year, which will have repercussions

Hi all,

I hope that I've been sating your desire for content these past few months. Lately, I've settled into a bit better of a rhythm with regard to getting chapters written, which has really helped progress on Society. However, I have one major announcement about upcoming work, which is going to have repercussions on this project, some good and some bad.

This November, I'm going to be participating in the National Novel Writing Month (link provided for any interested parties, since it's probably one of the best ways out there to dive into writing long-form fiction). This means that in November, I'm going to be writing original fiction rather than pony stuff, which is the bad news as far as Society is concerned. Come the start of November (and probably a little ways into December too, as I recover from the ordeal), work for stuff on this site is going to be halted. Unfortunate, I know, but there is a silver lining to this cloud.

The good news is that NaNoWriMo is in many ways like a marathon, which means that one must take some time to train beforehand. I'll need to take time to increase my daily writing totals in September and October, and while I'm doing that, I may as well be productive and draft for Society. So if all goes to plan my productive output on the story should accelerate through the two months leading up to November. Which means more content for all of you, at least in the short term.
