Season 6 Episode 18: Buckball Season
Basically, I suck at bowling... until last month, I think. Every time I try to be good at bowling bad things happen; so I created a mantra: Effort = Crap; Think less = Ball hit; Flow more = Increased accuracy.
My highest score is an 80 and my highest strike rate was two strikes in a row.
Next thing I know, I miss an MLP episode and decide to search it. (I don't watch it on TV btw 
) And here comes an episode that ran just as deep as "Here Comes a Thought" from Steven Universe. Fluttershy & Pinkie Pie are amazing at Buckball when they have fun, but just like me... if they try to be good then they suck. Friggin' Snails simplified my mantra as "Don't think about it," which literally contradicts what every smart person around me said to do when I bowl.
"Take a step to the right."
"Quit rolling it to the left; if you roll it straight forward you can hit something."
"I think you dropped it too early."
"Just relax." <--- I am never relaxed. That's literally something people tell me outside of bowling.
Well, I didn't get 70-80 points and was egged into joining the local bowling league by thinking. Just play that funky music and let me roll with it.
