Miss Koi Reviews "Buckball Season"

Dawww this episode was pretty cute :3

My two favorite little ponies Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy were so dang cute in this episode I swearXD :3 <3

Especially in this scene oh my gosh:3

I think this is why I enjoyed the episode so much: I enjoyed how this episode portrayed Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy. We get a nice twist into their characters by allowing them to be naturally good at a particular sport, while not changing too much on Pinkie's and Fluttershy's own skills and abilities, and even surpassing the athletic abilities of Applejack and Rainbow. It comes to show ya that AJ and Rainbow aren't the only athletic ones in the group;) Kudos writers!

We get to see, not only Fluttershy and Pinkie having fun at this particular sport, but also the conflict they have to face if under pressure to perform well in this sport. By having this conflict, we get some really cute and sweet and genuine bonding moments between Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy. Daww:3

I also like the moral in this episode: why others use stress and pressure to do well in activities like sports, there are others who need fun and relaxation to play a sport or do an activity. I think this is an important moral in terms of helping people understand one another and how their brains work and how to work with them on team:) So overall, this was a good lesson for Rainbow and Applejack:

I also like the sport of Buckball itself:D I was expecting Buckball to be, based on the synopsis, to be the pony version of football or baseball or even soccer. So, it was a wonderful surprise to see Buckball as it's own unique sport. Especially in the land of Equestria apparently. I'm surprised that this sport isn't a big sport in Equestria, I can see it being quite popular in the land of ponies:) I know it's a sport invented by the Apple Family, but still, you would think somepony in the Apple Family or somepony watching this sport if they got the chance would turn this into a professional sport in Equestria.

I also liked the humor in this episode, especially coming from the episode comedy's VP...Snails

I know, I can't even believe my own statement either 0-0 But it's true, they made Snails not only the funniest pony in this episode but also very likable (especially in comparison to his previous appearances). They made him good at Buckball without changing too much about his character and his abilities, big kudos to the writers for accomplishing the possible!:D They really deserve a cookie for that!:D

Overall, I give this episode 7.9 hearts out of 10 <3 :)
