It's been four years since I dropped out of the community, and I really don't plan to get back into the show.
But finally, after a few years, I have plenty of time to write. I've taken up being a day/night security guard, and have to much time in between patrols.
Am I back? Yes and no, I just plan to do some writting and maybe continue some.
However! I must say this. I have, under the name kickass222urmom (This name is not my main internet persona, I don't go by it anymore), received a lot of hate. A lot, which is fun to read. XD but to the point, I am not like I use to be. I've changed a lot. For one, I dislike some of LTD because of what I wrote.
Anyways, I noticed there's only a few people still around since I was last here.

I discovered you existed yesterday when someone posted a thread with a list of the most downvoted stories on fimfiction. I saw LTD and decided to read the first chapter or two to see just how bad it is and, here I am (not for long, it's pretty bad). By the way, your story is, unofficially, the 5th most downvoted story on the site.
4184600 Got my Associate's Degree at a community college. Took a semester at a university, fell into the habit of not doing the homework when I got home (the internet; it beckoned) took a semester off. Got my driver's license. One semester off turned into four, and now I'm starting at a new school when classes start next week.
Aaaand through it all; reading fanficton. Lots and lots of fanfiction.
I feel like I'm 16 with low standards again.
No offense to you, of course. But in 2011-2012 almost any fanfic could be passably good to most of us.

The low standards were such a foundation of Fimfiction back in the day.

Well as a result writing hasn't gotten that much easier for me. Definitely suggest reading what people are putting out these days if you're serious on getting back to writing
the readers these days are vicious animalsand definitely couldn't hurt to see if there's any new methods out there to help with your writing.But right, welcome!

Not having to worry about needing to get a ride and making someone wait to pick me up or about needing to catch a train should help. I'll probably be able to spend more time in the school library; a place where I won't have a routine of surfing the net; a place where I might find it easier to resist the siren song of web-based distractions.
