    Additional Updates

What’s up fam- it’s your physically and temporally-absent boi here dropping back in.

Brief updates on life- been working my tail off (doctoring is hard) and got married last month. I haven’t forgotten about you all. There’s still plenty of stories rattling around upstairs; it’s just a matter of finding time to put fingers to the keyboard.

Watched it on opening day on Netflix.

Pretty good, actually. Looking forward to writing new ponies to snug, and I bet the TV universe will be really interesting!

Updates on My Work · 9:30am Aug 18th, 2016

Hello valued followers and internet vagrants,

With my junior year of college set to begin soon I would just like to give some updates regarding what I plan to do over the next several months. My pace of writing will obviously be slower than it was this summer (I think I more than doubled my total word count in only a few months), but you can expect to see fairly regular content additions from me nonetheless.

Gen. "Spikewall" Dragon Series: I am toying with the idea of continuing this as a series of stories. I thought that General George S. Dragon was actually better than the original, but it received only about half the publicity. Let me know if you think that the series has another story (or few) left in her or if I should let it die gracefully. Either way, expect nothing in the short-term.

Starlight Glimmer Looks for Love: There are four chapters remaining. These will likely be released in three separate updates, but I want to make sure that I have enough time to perfect the next chapter, as it is likely the most important. Expect the story well and finished likely within a month.

Cincinneighti P.D.- Homicide: I have a lot of grandiose plans for this story, but unfortunately the chapters take a long time to write and the initial response has been positive but underwhelming in magnitude. I find it difficult to justify the effort, despite it being some of my finer stories in terms of plot, characterization and symbolism. I refuse to put this on hiatus, but no updates should be expected any time in the near future.

Future One-Shot: I have an idea for a Human-in-Equestria fluff story about snuggling. Will probably end up banging it out in one night when I feel inspired, so keep an eye out if you liked The Snuggle Conspiracy or just enjoy the whole hug side of things.

Future Short Multi-Parter: Comedy Story. Will have to do with politics and be presented in a first-person interview format. I will provide no further details, but I think it has the potential to be good.

Other Work: Ideas come to me at Random (case-and-point: Princess Luna Posts Dank Memes) and so you might see some stories unrelated to what I have here in the next few months. If you'd like me to work with you on a short collaboration or something, I'm always willing- just shoot me a PM. Finally, I'm always happy to review a story for you, so long as it meets my limited criteria (no clop, not obscenely long). Again, just shoot me a PM.

That's it. Thanks for reading.

Well, for the General Spike series, you could do something set in the Neighpoleanic wars. I really enjoy how you ponify military history; it combines two of my favorite things!

For General "Spikewall", you could do something from The Bay of Pigs Invasion, World War 1, Vietnam, The American Revolution...
