As this Sunday rolls on, I have just a few things to talk about.
It's been confirmed that I will be transferring to the PetSmart store in St. Joseph, allowing me to work while in school. Whaf does that mean for me, let alone you? Well it's good thing I'm writing as much as I can before the end of August so that I can just publish each chapter on even numbered days and allows me to dedicate September to post a thirty one day series of blogs related to the Jongojiverse.
I just saw a recent trailer for Godzilla Resurgence. Here are my thoughts. Godzilla with red beam, fine, I grew up with that since watching 2000 in theaters. Godzilla performing a nuclear pulse, I'm fine with that. Godzilla being able to fly, 
. Godzilla doing a tail slide, 
. Godzilla being able to shoot out of every pore from his body, 
.
Seriously, Godzilla doesn't need to fire his laser from everywhere, even his tail. It loses that buildup we come to expect. The purple color i understand, since it is the color of death in Japan. The design is worthy to look up close once I get the SH Monster arts figure.
I am just halfway through the second part of the New Timeline's version of "Legend of Everfree" to be posted in The Rubicon. As I think about it, I hope they show the other characters get powers if they find that magic in the camp works like radiation. Likewise I hope to see at least one more nightmare sequence on Twilight's part.
In fact, I have written one such part; maybe it will happen, maybe it won't, either way, the alternate universe tag still shines brightly on me.

While Sunset slept like a log so far, Twilight was not so fortunate. In her dreamscape, she saw herself in the midst of a battle they can't win. The Crusaders are done for, the Maximals slain, and the Rainbooms scattered to the winds. Even the Predacons have lost as Cogsworth collapsed on the ground, screaming at the loss of his arms. The scream ceased as a blast of light seared his flesh and bones. Midnight Sparkle laughed triumphantly at her victory.
“What have you done!?” Twilight screamed, getting the raven winged demons attention.
“What I should have done instead of cowering in some minivan!” Midnight grabbed her kinder duplicate, ascending as high as the moon. She raised her fist, aiming it at Twilight's head. “I have one last person to rid of before my next conquest. A pity, we could have made a great team.”
Midnight cackled as she dug her fist into Twilight's skull, hearing her scream as streaks of light stretched around her body. In a few moments, Twilight shattered like glass, scattering around the dream. Midnight started to tear up, but that never stopped her from continuing her laugh.
Twilight woke up early, the impact of the dream all to fresh. She put on a pair of socks and hiking boots and walked to the wooden table. She laid her head on her arms, sniffling before burying her head and wept. The sun rose slowly this time, giving the former Crystal Prep student some comfort as the light shined between the trees and gave the night sky a pink color.
