So one of my readers from Hell Yeah asked: know any other awesome Twilight pics?
To which my answer is not really.
Buuuuuut... those who know me know that you can't spell 'Best Pony' without 'Twilight'. And if you can, fite me, skrub. I don't really save many, and those that I save, I will not know where they come from (unless I found them on DeviantArt).
However, for those that are interested, finding good pics of Twilight isn't hard. There is an image board that some of you may already know: derpiboo.ru which has an active community of users that aggregate pony pics. Why look at mlp art? Well first off, some of the technical accomplishments of the artists that create art are just jaw-dropping astounding! Also, art inspires my writing and they are a good way to choose coverart (although if you make money from your fics, you should start asking/paying/commissioning the artist IMO).
So when I went to derpiboo.ru and sorted by score, I got a lot of lovely pictures and animation of Twilight. Here the list in this post, but otherwise scroll down and check them out yourself. Be sure to find the 'source' of the image, because it may often not be the artist that uploads to derpi, and you might want to leave a comment and such on the artist's original page, because they deserve praise. All of these are recommendations and none of this is critique, nor is there any ranking or order to the pictures or artists. It's simply just an appreciation of art.

Huussii makes some brilliant art, not just Twilight Sparkle, just art in general. Holy snap, the attention to detail is incredible and the sense of scale really makes you wonder! It's honestly like looking at a cinematic version of mlp.

Reign of Magic, End of a Golden Age, All parts - By AssasinMonkey
AssasinMonkey has Incredible attention to colour and lighting. The painted style really evokes visceral feelings in the images!
Moonlight Night, Rain, Late Studying, Twilight Storm - By Tsitra360
Tsitra360 does some amazing character work on Twilight. The faces and art is really expressive, and you can see this artist pays beautiful attention to lighting and detail. Simply amazing!
After the Story, Twibra, Twilicorn - By 1Jaz
1Jaz does some really interesting clothing designs of Twilight, and his scenery stuff is incredible. You can lose yourself in those scenes.
Princess Twi, Dust Pony Animated, Twilight, Twi and Books - By Szafir87
The thing I like about this artist is the uniqueness of the clothing and attention to detail to the background, composition and lighting. Holy moly, I mean look at Twilight's clothes!
BJPentecost does some incredible work with scenes and backgrounds. What I love is how full everything looks. It makes you want to take in the whole picture as a sum of individual parts. This artist also does some incredible non-mlp related artwork on fantasy. It's breathtaking, check it out!

There are a TON more, but I don't have time to shift through them all. Hop on DeviantArt or Derpibooru and you should be able to find any kind of mlp art you want. Make sure you credit and source artists if you ever use their stuff!
