Was reading the Maud issue and saw this.
Or at least I'm 90% sure that pilot is a mare. Rarity walks up to her, says some flirty things, the mare blushes (you might not see it too well in the scan but she clearly is) and agrees to help, similar to what she does to stallions... only this time it's blatant lesbianism.
Honestly I'm more impressed with Rarity's ability to even recognize that this one was a lesbian just by glancing at her. Or maybe Rarity is just that sexy and no one can resist her.

Is it flirting? When Rarity asks for help with something, isn't she simply asking in the same way all the princesses in the stories ask for help? It's just a little flutter of the eyes, a few heartfelt compliments and a genuine smile. All perfectly innocent, I tell you!
