August, 2016 Update

So I thought to myself, "The site has a blog option I am underusing," and then, "perhaps I should start using it. I could stand to be more sociable." So that brings us here. I am going to start doing monthly blogs, because why not.

In retrospect of July, I passed 10,000 total story views. Woo! Entered the five digit view count! Views per day increased from around 13 to around 18.5 (I do not remember the exact amount), which is a pretty massive increase to me, considering I've never tried my hand at writing anything prior to writing MLP Fanfiction. I have certainly enjoyed it, and I hope to continue to enjoy it for years to come.

Moving forwards into August, I continue to hope for updates to the 33 stories I am tracking that do not update often. But I'm not here to complain, instead, I am happy to have enjoyed what was written in them. I will be starting college this month, and that may or may not cut into my writing time. I hope it doesn't, but college would come first. Education is the most important financial investment you can make in your life, after all.

For the month of August, I have Chapter 22 of Civil War of Harmony ready to publish this coming Saturday, along with the next chapter in Revisions of Past Mistakes. I am close to finishing Chapter 9 of Post Revolution and hope to release it Saturday as well. Sometime this month, I will be publishing a sequel to Meltdown, unless something interferes with my non-existent planning.

I plan to complete Revisions of Past Mistakes either this month or next month, depending on how much time I have to write. If all goes well, I will soon have a completed story around 120,000 words long.

When I set out to start writing on here, I do not think I could have written so much. 286,175 words written in my stories, according to my page. That is a lot, and I would not have come this far without your support.

I have also started using Grammarly to check my writing. I have a lot of edits to go back and do some time.
