1. I was going to wrap up editing on the previous chapters of PGS today so that I could get started in earnest on the next chapter, but I came down with a really painful headache that made me really not want to spend four hours editing three fairly dense chapters. So I settled for just going through the two Interludes. That leaves about 40-50k words of real story to go.
For context, each of the chapters in the 20k range takes about an hour and a half to go through.
2. I've also been preoccupied with participating in the monthly write-off. More on that once the competition's over and I can talk openly about what I wrote (spoiler: it's trite and iterative, just like everything else I write! )
So, after the editing, I'll wrap up the next Murphy's Law and juggle the rest of that story alongside PGS.
You're all caught up now.
I liked your most recent chapter of Pony Gear. I wasn't sure at first if it related to anything but it reminds me of chase scene on top Drebin's vehicle MG4, the agent Operator also seems to be a least as dangerous as Trenton to so causally hang out in that mess for the days he did.
Take the time you need to write or edit at a comfortable pace for you. Hope your head ache gets better.
