Reading is it a passtime or just a hobby?

Ive often wondered if some people consider reading more of hobby or just something to pass time. I have to admit I've started to fall far behind on many stories.. Not sure why to be honest. It used to be where each time a new chapter would come out id jump on it. now I might go a week or more at a time of not longer to come on site when it strikes me to do so.. I support at lest one writer here, but i don't know.. i just cant bring myself to read anything other the updates.. i was caught up with The Chase awhile back and even considered sending kudz an idea on how he might.. Might mind you add an Oc of mine in to it, being id based it on the story its self. Now im over 20 chapters back and Ive only managed to keep up with at lest one which he says he might scrap all together due to some dipshit comments a few people sent him. Its like if you don't like how hes writing it then don't read the damn thing.. its his story to tell how he likes. But anyways i don't know, i maybe continue to stay on the site Ive not decided yet. I really liked the stories but now, with all the shit people write is makes me want to avoid reading anything here. eh.. I don't know i guess its just one of those things ill get over with sooner or later.. though if i don't it could have negative effects if i pull out and stop my support.
