I Am Venom: Possible Original Villain Ideas · 9:31pm Jun 29th, 2016
Greetings Gotham, Joker here! Well, my plans for I Am Venom are in full swing, and I've already got a couple of ideas for pony villains for my Venom to fight. And before anyone asks, yes, I got the ideas from Infamous: Second Son. And I'm still working on their origin stories. I could use your help for this one, my friends.
The Smoker: a Pony with Smoke/Ember powers. (I'm also planning on make a Joker reference with this guy.)
Concrete Queen: a Pony with concrete powers.
Vinyl Scratch/???: Has Neon powers. (still working on a villain name for her, as well as how she became corrupt. Anyone have any ideas? VampDash?)

Actually, that would be Agent Venom, who looks like a guy in a suit. My Venom displaced is the actual Venom, the one that actually looks like a monster. There is a difference.
4056780 I did a bonus chapter with a few guys, and one of the displaced there was just a Vemon, not an agent, and he's crossed over with my other cowriter Prince_Zodiac in his Auldin dip laced and I'm pretty sure it was just Venom then too

Okay, I think I found the story, and I can already point out a few differences between mine and his/hers.
First off, that story is a Hero Displaced and it's rated Teen. My Venom is a very, very brutal anti-hero and it's gonna be rated M for Mature for darker elements and gore because of the Venom symbiote's spawn, Carnage, being in it as the main villain. Carnage... eh, he makes the Joker look as evil and psychotic as a box full of baby kittens.
Secondly, from the looks of his cover art, his Venom is more or less the Black Suited Spider-Man. Mine is full-on monster Venom.
Third, his Venom was Displaced via the old Merchant-and-Cosplay cliché. My Venom is Displaced via dying and being offered a second chance at life, like your Master Chief and my second Arkham Knight.
That's the differences I've found just by looking at it thus far. I'm sure when I get around to reading it, I'll find more.
Vinyl Scratch villain name: N30N 3RAD1CA70R: She can use anything Neon to her advantage and make her entire body into Neon and make herself glow bright enough to KILL a Vampony.
She got her powers from an incident with Neon signs and the like. A Neon Sign with 2,000 volts of electricity still in it landed on her during one of her concerts. She was taken to the hospital an hour later and they concluded she was in a coma due to the electricity and the Neon coursing into her body, trapping her for a specific amount of time...
Two weeks later, she was out of the coma, with no bad effects to her mind or body, or her abilities, from the coma or the electricity/Neon... or so they thought.
When she was testing her magic out on a vase, she accidentally made the vase Neon, before the vase exploded due to so much electricity coursing through it. Vinyl continued to test this out and she soon began to gain corrupt thoughts, thinking of turning the world into a Neon world. (It's the only thing I could think of.)
She then decided to become a villain after she found out about Vampony Dash and her weakness, but she thought Dash was evil, due to Vinyl's corrupt thoughts and mind.

Well, I like the name and the origin, but not the rest of it. I'm thinking Octavia gets herself hurt because of Vinyl's new powers, which causes Vinyl to go bonkers. Also, that's... only roughly how Fetch's Neon powers work. You'll see once I get the story up and running.

And I do like the idea of Octavia getting hurt because of Vinyl's powers... but maybe Octavia could become a hero because of it.
