History: Rain was created by the Ponies behind Project Legacy during the Great War and raised in an artificial environment that simulated Ponyville before the war. She was the last pony from Project Legacy to be released from Stable 112. She was directed to the nearby city of New Pegasus where she was told that she could find Crystal, one of the other ponies made by Project Legacy.

In New Pegasus, Rain helped free the Dragon Vice from servitude under the Omaretas, and found Crystal Belle singing at the Double Diamond Casino.
Personality: Brash and impulsive, she does tend to think things through when she can, but she usually rushes into a situation.
Ruin's Thoughts: Rain Runner was actually the last pony I designed for Hidden Legacy out of the children of the Mane Six. When I started writing it, I had to pick between the mane six to decide which character's "daughter" would be the narrator. Needless to say, this wasn't that hard of a choice, if you read any of my other fanfics you can probably realize I am a huge Rainbow Dash fan, so Rain Runner was the easy choice.
