1. A super mutant at a 'giddyyup horse factory' called Big Mac
2. password for a terminal in quest 'diamond city blues' is 'applejack' (could also be an alcohol thing, but who knows?)
3. At Greygarden, there is a white miss nanny robot that acts somewhat like Rarity and mentions that her personality is based off of a character from one of her creator's favorite TV shows.
4. Defense Experimental Research Project Initiative (D.E.R.P.I)
All of these references...I think Bethesda is my favorite gaming company now. I personally think they did this because they learned about fallout: Equestria, and it's probably the biggest fallout related fanfiction piece ever done, so maybe that's why they did mlp references. Of course, there's other fanfiction that do crossovers or cover other things like Mass effect or Halo, but mlp is the biggest one and the only one to create a large sub-fandom based on one story for the fallout franchise.
P.S I wouldn't be surprised if Bethesda releases more :D
