I'm also working on and almost done with that chapter I keep saying I'm gonna finish soon (my internship is annoying (laziness)). Should really be finished quite soon for you to look at hopefully. Probably 2-3 more chapters for it before I can finally say I've finished a multi-chapter story and move onto something better. XD

Thanks! Of course, I wasn't trying to perfectly emulate him (there's no way I could achieve his vaulted level of sass), but I hope I still kept the JacksFilms spirit of YGS in there in addition to still being me.
I'll be waiting for it when it comes. I work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings this week 'til close, so I'll otherwise be available unless I manage to make plans for tomorrow or Thursday to hang out with someone.

I left a short comment on your video, those were just a few of my favorite moments...
I liked all of it quite a bit.. you're witty and have good editing skills pretty comparable to Jack in my opinion. You of course add your own personal comedic twist to it as well which is nice. The intro... you mick bastard... that hook was simply beautiful. I was like oh boy here we go with the ever so delightful pandemic of grammatical internet dialogue drivel and vacuousness found across the great reaches of the internet.
I liked all of what you did... but hmm specific examples other than the comment I left...
I liked the "nunsense" bit a lot for some reason. With all the gun violence and its associated controversy as of late... I appreciate you lighting up the mood a bit, at least for me. Nothing beats good old comedy to lighten the mood.

All in all I could list just about everything you did. I loved all of it. There's way too much stuff for me to pick and choose from haha. To do so seems, in a way, well, nitpicky I guess.

I appreciate that you think I bring sufficient wit to the table for a series the sass King Jacksfilms created himself, but I have to disagree on the editing part. I can't make comments appear line by line or even feature more than one image/video at a time with my software, so it's literally impossible to show my face and the comments at the same time. The only things I can overlay are audio tracks, and that's because I edit them separately in Audacity. I'll never be able to fully emulate the genius of his "uwaddafook" gag. However, I try my best to do things by adding in the other images and text, such as the Fawkes image. And there's no way I could do a greenscreen effect.
I will try to keep at it, though, and bring what I can to the table, but it will be some time before I release my next one. I had to find all of those comments myself, and that was literally over the course of months! I stole a few from Jack's page, but only about half.
Funny, that nunsense comment was likely composed before the Orlando shooting, yet it has turned out to be topical by the time I got around to using it.
It is especially amusing because people do exactly that In terribly uncle er ways during arguments online, yet here I am doing it for YouTube.
It sounds like you got a kick out of it. I'm really glad about that. If nobody else liked it, it would still have been worth my time that I put into the video, knowing just how well it amused you.
Yeah, I would definitely like to continue doing these, and I agree, I really do feel that I should be seeing more people on my channel, but my time just hasn't come yet, I guess.
I have occasionally considered doing an episode where I just trawl FimFiction for stories in desperate need of editing, but I'd feel like a bully for targeting my fellow Bronies in particular and making fun of them in stead of simply and tactfully pointing out obvious errors I see like I sometimes do. I'd like your thought on that idea.

By all means... If there's something I believe in, it's certainly the ability to be able to laugh at one's own mishaps and follies now and then. As you obviously saw when you proofread the last chapter, I am certainly capable of some pretty 2nd grade-rate slothful mistakes that make me literally facepalm sometimes. I just don't understand how I can miss some of them whilst rereading it first myself. You have my full permission to do a Get Yourself an Editor-esque piece on my work, if you so desire. If anything it'll also help me not make such mistakes in the future.
Hmm... Like I just mentioned I wouldn't personally mind, but yeah I could see how that could come off as being a bit of a bully. Especially in a fandom that's supposedly all about love and tolerance. I'm sure plenty of people besides myself would love it as well, but probably not everyone. I guess it's impossible to please everyone though no matter what you do. So I don't know honestly. Sorry if that isn't much help. XD

Not to diminish my esteem for you and your thoughts, but I really just meant that if you or anybody else was as humored by that video as much as I believe you were, it'd be worthwhile for me to have made it. I got a kick out of producing it, but each person who comes to me and says they found it funny is adding extra layers of icing to the cake, and I love icing.

We'll just have to see if there are any errors actually worth exploiting. If it's all comma errors (which was mostly true for Dane Cook's FB post, although there were a few misspellings and other errors), there's really no point in my reading to make fun of it, but I could definitely try to see what I can do. If there really isn't a substantial number of errors, though, I'll just have to save them for my next episode. Speaking of which, I wanted to ask you something. In the one instance where I actually picked apart the one FB post and stated exactly what was wrong, did you still find that humorous? I would love to go on and on with comments/posts and point out errors that may not seem glaringly obvious to people in addition to the apparent mistakes and common usage errors.
That's okay. You basically stated my thoughts on it, too. I already do take the liberty of using a few comments and posts from here but never dig into the actual stories that contain errors to make fun of them. Heck, I actually sometimes talk to the people whose comments I featured in the video. I haven't gotten any verbal responses from them, but it strikes me that those same people also probably ignore my blog posts, so I don't worry much about it. I don't have a huge fan base to send me comments, so I just make do with what's in front of me.

Yeah I certainly did, though like I said in my last post about poking fun at others' grammar on this site, I don't know if a lot of others would enjoy that. I'm a bit of a, I guess what I like to call, a "casual" grammar Nazi myself, so anything of that sort is going to tickle my fancy. But my honest opinion is I'm not sure. I believe it's probably somewhat unlikely many people would find somewhat imperceptible things like comma misuse and other basic punctuation as humorous. Like with Jack, I feel for most much of the humor is within the more blatant and obvious misspellings and poor word usage, stuff like that. That's just my take though, I could certainly be wrong. Believe me I'm not discouraging you from doing it, as I personally would love to see you commence such a thing.

Amen! Although, that also is likely part of the reason why I don't listen to other audio readings. Not only do I not particularly enjoy listening to other people read, but I also feel obliged to give my fellow readers substantial critiques because I sort of know what I'm doing and can
looklisten for things a passerby viewer may not.My second point about picking apart the comments I read actually was meant directed toward the general rather than toward the FimFiction sweep. Maybe if I became a presence here and people actually knew what I was about and the spirit of what I'm doing, I might try something like that. Otherwise, like you said, I suspect I would simply be perceived as another one of those Brony bullies.

Yeah I know what you mean. I sometimes feel bad if I don't leave a detailed comment on certain things as well. It used to be a thing with other stories here especially... I often felt an urge to strongly critique whatever I read for a while for some reason. Not everyone liked that either.
Yeah... I'm paying extra close attention to preventing silly mistakes in this chapter... so idk either haha. You still may find something worth of ridicule though XD. Whenever you get to look at it is fine, take your time.

Well, I'm sure cringe and its variants were appropriate in a few places of the chapter. Whether some of the poorly constructed sentences or the cheesy subtle romance... That's kind of the original style of the story people liked though, so of course it would be kinda silly to change that in later chapters.
