I was introduced to the Pony side of the world in the fall of 2010, and took to the writing and characters immediately. I was blown away with the intelligence of the storytelling, as "little girls shows" from the past tend to be giggly affairs with lots of pink, frilly dresses, talk about fashion, talk about boyfriends, and other inane things that don't normally keep my attention. As a tomboy from the 80s I watched the cartoons that were more action-packed, like GI Joe, Transformers, M.A.S.K. and TMNT. The original (and everything before G4) didn't interest me one bit.

But here- HERE was a series that showed us that girls aren't just giggly, frail things that have tea parties and not have individual personalities, agendas.... heck, lives.

When General Zoi's Ponymaker was released, everyone I talked Pony with started playing with it and created ponysonas, as most of the fandon were wont to do.

I tried to make a pony of myself but couldn't really decide on what I wanted, so I started pressing "Random" to see what I got.

In most cases, with only some minor tweaks, I came up with my "Mean Cast" that you see in my stories.

So yeah, they're all "Busy" colored ponies and probably not the best for the show proper, but they're my characters, darn it ;)

(Left to right: Dustmite, Sandstone, Hatchet, Lapis Umbral, Desert Sun, Slurry/Summerstorm, Night Ash)

I know that this image doesn't include their cutie marks, so perhaps this one might help:

Some of the other OCs you meet in my stories were "given" to me from other Pony fanfic writers with their permission - among those:

Gallant Lionheart
Aurora
Morning Star
Violet Force
Silver Shimmer
Cloud Slayer
Ichor and Sweetpea
Strife (along with all the named Spellbreak characters)
Hot Head
Snowcatcher

among others.

I would hope that those who have read both stories have enjoyed what they've seen so far - I have every intention on finishing War of the Moon (there is an endgame to all this, honest!!!!) but would love to hear from you.
