Want to give your pony OC amazing clothes but can't find a decent pony creator game that has what you're looking for? No matter! I have a solution to your problem in the form of the fan Neopet website: Dress to Impress!
There's loads of neopets you can preview with and put clothes on them but for our purposes we'll be using the Uni neopet which is the best model that's closest to MLP ponies.
In the top left is where you can select species of Neopets as well as their color schemes. There are also unique versions as well such as Darigan (bat ponies), Faerie (breezies/flutterponies), Maraquan (merpony/seapony), and even this crazy Mutant variant. It's like a cyclops dragon pony, which is actually pretty damn cool if you ask me. But uh yeah other than that, the normal color schemes will fulfill the purpose of being models just fine unless you're looking for different pony species like I mentioned earlier. There's another Neopet called the Peophin which is basically a hippocampus, merpony, seapony, whatever you want to call it. I just prefer merpony since it's the official term for marine ponies with forelegs (seaponies are the ones with fins), but I digress.
The right side is where your Closet is. It keeps track of all the clothing and items you've picked to put on the model. You can Wear/Unwear the items kept in the closet. If you don't want an item staying the closet, you can uncloset it. In short, the Closet acts like a history for items you're picking and choosing.
At the bottom is the search bar for clothing and other items. What I recommend is you use keywords such as 'shirt', 'warrior', 'armour' (spell with a U, yes), and even 'adventure'. The names of clothes in Neopets is diverse and plentiful, so chances are you'll find something for sure but do search one word at a time.

In my opinion, the Uni Neopet is an amazing model to use for MLP OCs since it’s the same body type and all, and it’s pretty much a miniature alicorn. I’ll post a room I’ve set up for you guys with the Blue Uni down below and beneath I’ll be showcasing outfits that I’ve tried out prior to making this blog post. Post Script 1: Oh yeah. I should totally mention there are wigs to choose from, meaning different hair styles. Different wings too. For wigs, be sure to specify colors too if you're looking for one to match your OC's hair color, but there are some exceptions such as the space wig. Actually getting the colors accurate doesn't matter so much when you can tell your artist that it's just the mane style you want and not the colors it comes with.
Post Script 2: I should also make it clear that there are other clothes that Uni CAN NOT wear because they're restricted to other Neopet species. If you can't find what you're looking for under the Uni species, I suggest experimenting with other Neopets as they have clothing unique to them as well. Like literally there's 'Uni' clothes and 'Zafara' clothes and 'Xweetok' clothes, etc. Go search them as keywords. Here's an entire list of all the Neopets and what they look like so you know what to expect.

PS: While the clothing of Neopets look amazing, I'd recommend you don't completely copy off every single detail of the clothes. I mean... well yeah sure they're great and all, but I'm sure you can change or add something new and original of your own when working with the artist of your choice, right?

Yeah if only. But that'll take a lot of work given there's thousands of these neopet clothes. For now, you'll just have to take screenshots of the clothes you want with the Uni acting as the model.
